Two Ways to Make Chips from Mikey’s Tortillas

One of our favorite ways to use Mikey’s Grain-Free Cassava Flour Tortillas is for making chips. It’s always a struggle to find grain-free tortilla chips in the grocery store, so we developed two easy ways to make them at home. When we’re trying to keep the calories down, we like to bake them in the oven with just a light layer of paleo-friendly cooking oil. If we’re craving authentic nachos, deep fried is absolutely the way to go. No matter which method you use, you’ll be eating gluten-free tortilla chips in no time!
