The perfect amount of gluten free indulgence can satisfy your sweet tooth when it comes calling without going overboard. You can use healthy topping like nuts or fine chopped fruit.

  • 2 Mikey’s double chocolate muffin tops broken in pieces
  • 2 oz whipped softened cream cheese
  • 6 lollipop sticks or small wood skewers
  • 1 tbsp  softened butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • Topping such as sprinkles or mini chips


  1. In a small bowl combine muffin tops and cream cheese and form into balls
  2. In a separate bowl mix butter, milk, and sugar to make frosting
  3. Place cake balls onto sticks
  4. Cover in frosting and dip in desired toppings
