2 boneless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package Mikey's Golden Turmeric Tortillas
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
Tzaziki or greek dressing
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil a large skillet over medium high heat. When hot, add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. When chicken is almost done, heat another skillet over medium heat. Place tortillas in skillet one at a time and heat for about 30 seconds on each side to warm.
4. Add chicken to tortillas and top with onion, lettuce, tomatoes and dressing.
