Ingredients:

  • 2 Mikey’s onion flavor English muffins toasted
  • 4 oz high quality smoked salmon
  • Softened cream cheese
  • 3 oz Capers
  • 2 oz thin sliced red onion
  • 2 oz thin sliced cucumber
  • 1 oz fresh chopped dill

Directions:

  1. Toast Mikey’s muffins in toaster.
  2. On a wood cutting board or marble platter neatly arrange all the ingredients.
  3. Being careful to keep the salmon separate so it doesn’t touch the veggies and serve.
