Just like a California bistro pizza, but on a Mikey’s pizza crust! Substitute Kite Hill ricotta to keep it dairy free.

  • 1 Mikey’s pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp fig spread
  • ½ cup goat cheese or Kite Hill ricotta spread
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 2 tsp balsamic glaze


  1. In a toaster oven set on broil toast a Mikey’s pizza crust until brown
  2. Flip over and spread fig jam on crust
  3. Top with goat cheese and toast again
  4. Top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze
