  • 1. Heat an individual tortilla in a dry pan or on a griddle set to medium heat, flipping every 15 seconds until warmed throughout.
    2. Alternatively, wrap an individual tortilla in a slightly moistened paper towel and microwave for 10 seconds.*
    *Microwave instructions are based on using the high power setting of a 1000-watt microwave.
  • Keep refrigerated or frozen. For best results, use or freeze within one week of purchase.

    Cassava flour comes from ground cassava root (also called yuca). It has a soft, powdery texture and neutral taste, making it an excellent swap for all-purpose flour in grain-free baking.

  • coconut flour

    Coconut flour is produced from dried coconut meat after the milk has been extracted. It’s full of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), a type of fat linked to several benefits, including weight loss, protection against bacteria and viruses, and enhanced brain and heart health.
