This Burrito-Size Tortilla contains

  • cassava flour

Cassava flour comes from ground cassava root (also called yuca). It has a soft, powdery texture and neutral taste, making it an excellent swap for all-purpose flour in grain-free baking.

  • coconut flour

Coconut flour is produced from dried coconut meat after the milk has been extracted. It’s full of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), a type of fat linked to several benefits, including weight loss, protection against bacteria and viruses, and enhanced brain and heart health. In addition, coconut flour is low in carbohydrates, has a high fiber content and contains plant-based iron.

  • sunflower oil

High-oleic oils are considered the healthiest type of vegetable oil because they’re high in monounsaturated (oleic) fat. Monounsaturated fats have been shown to help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.
