What’s the difference between gluten free and certified gluten free?
The certified gluten free logo means Mikey’s products have been independently verified as meeting strict gluten free standards. In other words, we didn’t make it up.
What is certified Paleo?
The Paleo Foundation has certified that all Mikey’s products are free of grains, legumes, dairy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives and flavor enhancers. We’re still working on getting our official certification from the cavemen.
How can Mikey’s products be so clean and taste so good?
It is really a simple process. First, you attend the CIA, the most demanding cooking school in the U.S. Then you work from 6AM to Midnight, 6 days a week, for a couple of the world’s most exacting chefs. Finally, you bake and taste, bake and taste, bake and taste until your friends think you’ve lost your mind. That’s all there is to it.
How long can Mikey’s products stay in the freezer?
The official shelf life is six months. But why would you leave ‘em there that long? Are you trying to starve to death?
How long can they stay in the refrigerator?
Mikey’s products can stay in the fridge for a week or two. They can also be refrozen, but we’re guessing they won’t last you that long
Can you take Mikey’s Muffin Tops to work or school?
Yes, but only if you bring some to share with friends.
Is there an actual Mikey?

What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products being perishable we do not accept any returns. Although we do our very best to ensure that our products to arrive cooled, if you happen to have a shipment arrive in an unacceptable manner, please contact our support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer Refunds?
We only offer refunds for claims filed within the 24 hours after receipt of shipment. To file your claim, please contact our support desk at email@example.com. Please note that we cannot be responsible for product damage due to:
- Weather or “act of God” circumstances.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information, including incorrect or incomplete address. Make sure to include apartment numbers and other information as needed.
- Shipments not opened in a timely manner. Perishable items are clearly marked as such, but if sending as a gift, you may wish to notify the recipient of the nature of shipment contents.
How to safe handle our shipments?
We ship our product in a box packed with special insulation and dry ice to withstand time of travel. It contains Mikey’s products and bricks of dry ice. When unpacking your cooler, please be very careful when handling. Read our safety tips below:
Never let your bare skin come into contact with dry ice. It can cause painful burning!
Only store and use dry ice in a well-ventilated area. Inhaling high concentrations of carbon dioxide gas can cause nausea, headaches, and even unconsciousness. When transporting in a vehicle, put the dry ice in your trunk and crack the windows.
To safely dispose of dry ice, let it evaporate in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets.
Do not consume dry ice in its frozen form.
Do not use dry ice in glass, crystal, or plastic containers, as they may crack from the extreme cold.
What is the expected processing time for my order?
In general, orders ship within 1-2 days of placement. Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST may ship as soon as same-day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may ship as early as the following day. To make sure you receive your product cooled we only offer delivery of these items on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
