- -- Microwave: Remove pocket from wrapper and wrap loosely in a paper towel. Microwave for 2:00 minutes on a microwave-safe plate. Product will be hot. Allow pocket to cool for up to 5 minutes before enjoying. Cook pockets one at a time. *Microwave instructions are based on using the high-power setting of a 1000 watt microwave. If your microwave is less powerful, add up to another minute of cooking time. Be sure to cook pockets until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
